Changes made in v3.0 buld 1052
Added support for CLOB and BLOB. This build is now using the Oracle OLEDB provider. This version requires a version of the ORAOLEDB.dll be registered. This file is shipped with the install and placed in the windows\system32 folder. If there is any issue with the install, specifically registering this DLL, you may already have the DLL installed and registered in your oracle\bin folder. If this should occur Oracle Developer Tools will run just fine even though you get this install error.
If there is any issue running this version you can revert to build 1040, which does not contain support for CLOB and BLOB.
